2021 Volkswagen Taos is a compact SUV measuring 4466 mm (175.83 in.) in length, 1841 mm (72.48 in.) in width, and 1640 mm (64.57 in.) in height.
Because of the long wheelbase, the model offers some considerable cabin room for its size – 2817.5 liters (99.5 cu. ft.).
Heated front seats are a standard feature for all 2021 Volkswagen Taos trims.
Driver and passengers are protected via both active and passive safety systems. Standard for all trims is the presence of six airbags, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and Automatic Post-Collision Braking System. Other driving assistance technologies are available as options.
Three driving modes are featured on all-wheel-drive variants - “Normal,” “Sport,” and “Individual”. “Normal” and “Sport” have a different steering heft and throttle response, “Sport” also gives more aggressive shifts, while “Individual” lets the driver tailor the steering and throttle map.
