A luxury version of the 2010 model year Nissan Patrol is available as Infiniti QX80. But despite Nissan Patrol not being considered as a luxury vehicle itself, it is almost identical to the Infiniti QX80, and has a luxurious feel to it.
Each is better than the other in different aspects. They both have excellent off-road capabilities, are comfortable and safe. But in terms of power, for example, the Patrol can offer more – larger engines, producing higher output. When it comes to reliability and fuel economy, however, the Land Cruiser is the better option.
