Although its design hasn't been changed, the recently released Subaru WRX has the hearts and soul of a true athlete. The vehicle is now equipped with a completely re-tuned high-performance suspension with 20% less body roll. The steering wheel responds quicker (thanks to the 14:5:1 steering ratio). In addition, the upgraded front brakes give 40% more fade resistance. Subaru's WRX runner hides an all-new direct-injected 268 hp turbo-charged Boxter engine ( with a torque: 350 Nm) under the bonnet.
A pleasant surprise are the implemented road-gripping symmetrical all-wheel-drive and the Vehicle Dynamics Control with brake vectoring. WRX comes with a 6-speed manual transmission for a better driving experience. However, the manufacturer has included an option for a Sport Lineatronic Transmission with paddle shifters.
