Less than a week is separating us from one of the most prestigious automotive events in the USA - the 2019 New York International Auto Show. During the 10-day event car manufacturers from around the globe will showcase concepts, prototypes, and current production model, along with design and technological innovations.

During this year's New York International Auto Show, Kia will display one of its most impressive prototypes ever made. Named HabaNiro, the concept vehicle is specially constructed for the car event. Based on the leaked information the conceptual HabaNiro mirrors some of the outlines of the Geneva-presented Imagine.

Plastic panels, protecting both bumpers, Z-shaped exterior decorative side body kit elements, massive 2-color wheels and a LED headlights with an unusual shape are HabaNiro prototype's most notable features.The crossover's futuristic look is enhanced by the absence of the door handles, the brand's traditional front grille as well as the side mirrors.

If put into production, HabaNiro will either get an electric or a hybrid powertrain system. Along with HabaNiro, Kia's stand at the 2019 New York International Auto Show will house another concept - the Tusker compact crossover.
