In terms of maximum speed and acceleration, there are two variants that perform equally well – 2021 BMW X4 M40i (340 Hp) and M40d (360 Hp), both reaching a top speed of 250 km/h (155.34 mph) and going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds.
BMW made design changes both in the front and rear of the new BMW X4, such as the new kidney grille and flatter adaptive LED headlights with Matrix function as standard and BMW Laser Light as an option. Flat full LED lights are also featured in the rear, stressing the width of the car. A number of special BMW Individual paint finishes available are also new for the model.
The central console Control touch display is 10.25 in. as standard, with a 12.3-in. version as optional.
A new for the model option is the Driving Assistant Professional. Other features that ensure increased comfort and safety include Active Cruise Control with improved functionality in the city, junction warning with additional city brake function, emergency lane assistant, steering/lane guidance assistant, Parking Assistant Plus now including the reverse assistant, and the optional BMW Drive Recorder, which can take videos around the vehicle.
