BMW M3 E46 was in production from 2000 to 2006. It offers two modifications of the engine. First one is 3.2-litre petrol motor, generating 343 Hp at 7900 rpm and 365 Nm torque at 4900 rpm. It is used for both the coupe and convertible M3 variants. The second engine is CSL 3,2-litre gasoline motor, that generates 360 Hp at 7900 rpm and 370 Nm torque at 4900rpm. It is available only in coupe variants from the period between 2003 and 2006.
In the the BMW M3 Coupe (E46) generation there is a CSL performance modification. In 2005 is released a special edition offering several parts from the CSL. It is called Competition Package (ZCP) and it includes: 19-inch rims, stiffer springs, faster ratio steering rack of 14,5:1, CLS’s steering wheel, M-track mode, CSL’s larger front brakes.
