This year's model comes in 6 trim levels. Five of them are the well-known old ones - L, LE, LSE, XSE and XLE, the new one is the TRD. Toyota Racing Development decided to provide the new 2020 Camry with the trim, usually used for their off-road vehicles. Later on, few more exclusive trims are expected.
Another innovation for the latest model is the AWD option. For people who would like to combine the comfort and luxuriousness of the Camry model and the all-wheel-drive advantages, it will be a good opportunity.
After implementing the Apple CarPlay in the previous Camry version, now Toyota adds the Android Auto implemented in the model for 2020. The compatibility will be available as a part of the optional equipment.
Under the hood of the non-hybrid version, there will be either 2,5-l 4-cylinder (203hp) or 3,5-l V6(301hp) engines. They will ensure from 203hp to 308hp maximum output. The motor is going to be mated to an electronic CVT and 8-speed automatic gear-box. 2020 Camry Hybrid comes with an electric motor generating 118hp (88kW) and 202 Nm of torque and a lithium-ion battery. They ensure the total hybrid system power of 208hp. The manufacturer promises excellent fuel efficiency of the hybrid version - just 6l per 100km.

For a mid-sized sedan, the new Camry offers impressive legroom and headroom. The spacious second row offers excellent comfort for up to three passengers. Unfortunately, no USB port is available for the backseats. But the dual-zone climate control and retractable armrest with cup holders are ensured for the rear passengers. Cargo volume is also notable. The trunk can house up to 425l of luggage behind the second row of seats and even more in case, that rear bench is folded. A notable option is the ability to order the new 2020 Camry with a panoramic roof for even more sunshine in the spacious cabin.
Going at the front row, the first impressive addition is the wireless charging port. Also, a total of three USB ports are available at the front. The central console includes also two cup holders, heat/ventilation control of the seats and numerous storage areas. The instrument cluster is kept clear, proving only the main car numbers. The infotainment system for the new 2020 Toyota Camry is compatible with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A Wi-Fi connection is also available in the latest model. The 8-speed automatic transmission offers several useful drive modes - Eco, Normal, Sport and EV mode. Each of them features different behavior of the sporty sedan on the road. The steering wheel has numerous buttons implemented. Almost all systems can be easily controlled just in a fingertip. Most impressive remains the windshield's head-up display, well-known from the previous Camry. It provides the driver with all useful information concerning its driving in front of his eyes. New functionality is the surrounding view camera, giving the ability to see everything around the vehicle. A range of safety features are offered with the Camry for this model year. Some most impressive of them are the Blind spot monitor with cross-traffic allert, the 10 airbags included in standard equipment, and the Star Safety System - a suite of six advanced safety features, that are designed to keep the car out of harm's way.
